One: what is your licence number?
Queensland pest management is licensed work, and termite work carries QBCC licensing on top. A legitimate provider offers the number unprompted on their paperwork — ours is QBCC Licence 15104001 — and hesitation on this question ends the call. Two: what exactly is included?

Three: what happens if the pests come back?
Free service periods should be specific and in writing: which pests, how long. On our general treatment, cockroaches (excluding German) and webbing spiders carry 12 months, household ants three — vagueness here is the answer telling you something.
Four: what will it cost, before you arrive?
Written pricing before the visit, whether flat or quoted. And five: **what paperwork do I get?** A receipt with licence details at minimum; a written report where the job produces one, which matters for rentals, sales and records.
